“Ordered a pink scarf, but it didn't match my wife's dress as well as she tphad hoped it would. As my wife liked the product, I 'phoned Scarf Room looking to exchange for a black version. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and advised us on how to return the scarf for exchange. Excellent customer service.👍”

“My pashmina is quite lovely and excellent quality. I ordered the pistachio shade and the colour is more intense than appeared online, but this is normal when ordering from an online image. I am sure I will order from the Scarf room again.”

“The service from 'scarf room' was excellent with the scarf arriving a few days after placing the order. An unexpected, but welcome touch was that the scarf was wrapped in tissue paper prior to being securely packaged. Thank you for my beautiful mustard yellow scarf.”

“Bought the merino wool/silk scarf in ivory for my son’s wedding in June this year. It’s so beautiful - light, soft and sheer and the silk gives it a really lovely subtle sheen. It matches my ivory hat perfectly, and I can’t wait to wear it! I‘m really happy with my purchase and I’m also really impressed with the customer service. I ordered two scarves (wasn’t sure which one would look right) and the refund was sorted very quickly. I would have happily kept the cashmere scarf too - it was absolutely stunning - but the wedding is in the south of France, so I opted for the lighter option.”
