“I had found the paschino scarf I had been searching for but it was out of stock so i rang the company to ask when it was likely to be in rather than checking on the web page constantly. The customer service staff couldn't give me an idea but did suggest a different style scarf which exactly matched in the same colour as the one i had wanted. This was great advice as i ordered it and it arrived within the week and it is absolutely beautiful. in fact its possibly even better than the one I originally wanted. Without your assistance, I would have been in a complete fix as i needed it to match my dress exactly and it does! You obviously know your stock very well indeed! Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.”

“Very pleased with the quality of a pashmina I ordered for my son's wedding. I ordered a couple of colours to see which best matched my outfit. Was delivered quickly and the credit for the returned item was received without delay. Excellent service. Would recommend”
