“I ordered a pashmina. I was alerted by phone message and email that they were out of stock and it would take twenty days to be delivered. I asked to cancel my order as it was a birthday present for the following week. I was immediately offered a more expensive pashmina, in the same colour, for immediate delivery at the price I had already paid to keep things simple. What amazing customer service. Love you Scarf Room.”

As you know, the beautiful embroidered pashminas are handmade in Kashmir so there will usually be a short delay with these items being delivered. “I bought the beautifulreversible poppy pashmina. Delivery was as expected, within 48 hrs. When I looked at the pashmina I noticed a flaw. I contacted the company online and received a response within an hour. They replaced the pashmina immeadiately and it arrived first class the following day. Stunning product; superb customer service. My first purchase but not my last.”
