“I ordered two pashminas last week which arrived as planned and were lovely quality. Additionally after i had ordered I realised the next morning that I had not paid for express delivery. I telephoned customer services and offered to pay the extra. The young lady assured me they would do this and within an hour I had an email with payment detail. The pashminas arrived before well 1pm the next day. Amazing service.”

“I have been super impressed with the Scarf Room. They totally delivered on every front - speedy delivery, great value, high quality pashminas and they refunded one that I sent back super quick. Nothing wrong with the scarf just not quite what I wanted. I ordered a different one instead. I would highly recommend them.”

“I love the quality of the lightweight scarf I ordered. It is lovely and lightweight and when wearing it, it feels lovely and soft. I was very impressed with the delivery, my first order was delivered the next day and the second one was ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the Tuesday.”
