“I received excellent service when I rang the office to enquire about an 'out of stock' item. The scarf I wanted was due to be returned by another customer, and they contacted me the following week to ask if I was still interested. I said I was, paid over the phone and received it a day later. Really good personal service. The scarf itself is beautiful and just what I wanted.”

“I bought this beautiful baby cashmere scarf for lady friends birthday. The scarf is exactly the same intensely bright scarlet as advertised on the photographs so I am very pleased as ordinary red is too bland for her! She will be pleased I am sure : )”
