“Although the scarf is lovely, it is not the colour that was described on your website. I have messaged you on messenger through Facebook but you have not responded.. “I was kept informed throughout processes to when I would expect delivery. On delivery, I was pleasantly surprised that the colour was true to the advert, more often than not you can be disappointed colours are not to what they are advertised. I was also pleased with the quality too, a great purchase to go with a wedding outfit.”
