“Beautiful pashmina (?excuse spelling). I thought was wonderful both in texture and style. The colour was not quite right through. A very helpful lady helped me with the oriceds exchanging it for another colour. Excellent service.”

“Arrived on time, beautifully packaged and excellent quality. Unfortunately it was the wrong colour to match an outfit I was wearing for a wedding 2 days away. I emailed them and they very kindly agreed for me to make some more colour choices and the pashminas would be delivered to their sister shop in Lytham the following day for me to look at. Sadly they too did not match or blend with the outfit and I was assured a full refund would be credited to my account within 5 days. Such excellent customer service from lovely ladies. Thank you!”
