“My scarf was delivered the next day. Really good quality but unfortunately the wrong pink shade I needed for a wedding.I returned it and was immediately refunded. Great customer service.”

“I’ve been searching for a pashmina for a while and although it’s not the exact colour I was looking for I think it will go with most of my stuff , it’s a midnight blue colour. Not used it yet got it ready for holidays . Lovely item, arrived quickly wrapped in tissue paper.”

“A lovely selection of scarves to choose from, difficult to gauge how big they were so I ordered two different ones and very Pleased with the patterns however the one scarf which is the pink animal print has snagged in a couple of places the first time I wore it. Have yet to use the blue one. Nicely wrapped and quick delivery”

“This was my second order this year as I was delighted with the Pashmina I bought in March. Very quick delivery. I was attracted by the order of the free clutch with every scarf so ordered two scarves with matching clutches as gifts. When I was checking out, having inserted the code I was charged for one of the free bags, it was quickly sorted and refunded. Excellent service.”

“The wool and silk pashmina that I bought is lovely. It’s light weight and just right to add a little warmth over a party dress. The service was great and staff very helpful when I had to change the colour. I will definitely buy from Scarf Room again and can thoroughly recommend it.”

“I ordered a mint Wedding Shawl and it arrived very quickly and was lovely except it was the wrong colour. I returned it in the original packaging and was refunded immediately it returned back to the Scarf Room. I can't fault the customer service, just disappointed that the shawl didn't match my outfit.”
