“Excellent service and beautiful product . Prompt and helpful service with the item delivered ahead of expected date . The pashmina was the colour I had expected and the weight and texture was was all I had hoped for . Very happy .”

“I’m afraid the parcel courier let your service down. Although I’d asked for next day delivery, the courier didn’t post parcel through door (although it would have fit) but took it back to post office so I couldn’t pick up until day after I had needed it! Poor service! Mrs C Stefi”

“I rang to order a pashmina and was advised that it was currently out of stock but a delivery had been received that morning and they would check if the colour I wanted was part of that delivery ... and that as I was going out they would ring within the hour to let me know. I was contacted well within that hour. My pashmina was available. It was easy to place the order with very helpful staff. It arrived promptly ... nicely packaged and of good quality. Excellent service!”

“Nice pashmina, good cream colour, very slightly more woolly than silky. Sadly, it took a little while to be delivered so it missed the occasion I needed it for. Moral of my story... order well in advance!”

“Gorgeous soft pashmina! Got mine for a wedding and the colours online are very accurate meaning I could easily match my colourful dress with the scarf (mandarin red-beautiful colour!) Got delivery and communication around dispatch etc. I highly recommend.”

“Not had chance to use my scarfs yet but when they arrived I was so pleased with the quality and the colours are absolutely beautiful I will be wearing one for a wedding and one for a cruise definately recommend scarf room”
