I was sent the in correct sized fence panels and was missing bolts although on my invoice and box states the correct product. On the same day I received I sent an email regarding this and also attempted to call with no response. I have sent a further email requesting collection and refund and have still not heard back from the company after 5 days. ***Update *** the company have now provided a full refund

Ordered 16 Steel Screw Gate Carabiners RGK1 only received 8 of them . I have sent an email about this issue and are still awaiting a reply 4 days later. Simply not good enough!

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review. I apologise, but it looks like we only had 8 of this item in stock at the time of order. Ordinarily, this would be picked up by our warehouse operatives, so that we could contact you to advise. However, it looks like this was missed on this occasion. I have passed a note along to our accounts department to issue you a refund for the missing items, as well as half of your delivery charge. Boards used and soaked through with lots of splintering at edges. Waited in all day for initial delivery but no show. When emailed no response.

Hi Adam, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the late delivery, however, I have been unable to locate any emails from yourself regarding the delivery. I have tracked the order and it looks like the couriers attempted delivery 2 days after you placed the order, and completed the delivery the following working day after this. Hi Sharon, Thank you for your review. As stated on the item page on our website, “Our PoppyForge products are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on stock levels. If a product is out of stock it will be made to order, which may result in a slightly longer lead time.” I have chased up the manufacturer for an ETA, and they have advised that the goods were despatched today (06/11/18). Not very happy with the delivery service. Payed £10.97 for delivery of two scaffolding boards. Only one board arrived a day after the email confirmation told us they would arrive and we are still waiting for the arrival of the second board which was meant to be out for second delivery at the end of last week

Not impressed so far, our delivery did not arrive yesterday as scheduled and there is nobody answering the phones over the weekend to find out what has happened. I had hired help to unload the delivery but that has just been a big waste of money so I am definitely not pleased!

The order I placed took so long to be dispatched that I had already finished the work using the old fittings. Worst online purchase experience I've experienced so far.

Hi Andrew I'm sorry that you are not happy but according to the tracking I can see delivery was attempted at 17.39 on Saturday, but nobody was available to sign. At 18.49, a request was made for delivery to the local pick up shop, which was done yesterday and goods subsequently picked up at 16.13 Sunday afternoon. Hi Mike, we understand your frustration but our hands are tied in regards to delivery costs. As most of our products are large and heavy we cannot take on a courier who will just deliver smaller items as we would not meet the monthly quota of orders required, however, we are looking for a solution. Order 2 x fabric cloche. took 3 days before sending with limited communication. Only 1 fabric cloche sent with no explanation as to why? After phoning they explained the product was out of stock ands a refund would be issued. The postage for 1 product meant I could have purchased the product cheaper elsewhere, upon explaining this I was promised a postage refund which I never received. in conclusion; poor communication, expensive postage and failure to deliver promised refund. I certainly won't be dealing with them again!
