“Ordered 16 Steel Screw Gate Carabiners RGK1 only received 8 of them . I have sent an email about this issue and are still awaiting a reply 4 days later. Simply not good enough!”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review. I apologise, but it looks like we only had 8 of this item in stock at the time of order. Ordinarily, this would be picked up by our warehouse operatives, so that we could contact you to advise. However, it looks like this was missed on this occasion. I have passed a note along to our accounts department to issue you a refund for the missing items, as well as half of your delivery charge. “Really prompt follow up to the online order placed at the weekend. Delivery charges are eye watering but did arrive within a couple of days so very swift albeit a day earlier than the courier stated so good job someone was in to receive! Only minor issue is information on the site for the corner posts order is incorrect and so have not ordered enough, tad annoying.”

“This was an unusual and not large order - see photo, but I was treated very well. They were a pleasure to deal with, they all went the extra mile and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I particularly liked the insistence that I reverse my vehicle right in so as to load in the dry and out of the poring rain. Little touches matter.”
