“Delivery was straight forward and can't fault the quality of the product. I needed the product delivering on 3 days notice (delivery is usually 5 working days) so as per the confirmation email I called up and spoke to Mark. He made sure my items were on the next dispatch and arrived in time for the bank holiday. Excellent customer service!”

“Your service was good until I found myself short of 4 brackets one day and needed them urgently to complete a job. On phoning about 2.50pm I asked if you could get them out same day so I could get them the next day. Despite spending MANY thousands of pounds with you the guy on the phone was reluctance to help and of course they were not despatched urgently. That was your loss as I now buy from another source who is cheaper and quicker delivery and I am currently spending thousands with them that you could have had. Why bother asking me to review on how to improve your service when you had a readymade regular customer who just wanted you to go the extra mile.”

Hi Philip, Thank you for your review. I apologise that we were unable to assist you on that occasion. Our couriers can show up anytime from 2:30pm onwards, so it may not have been possible for us to be able to get them out on the same day at that time. It would also depend on whether we had a stock take on that day, or a larger backload of orders to despatch. Without any further information, I would be unable to investigate this further. “The boards were delivered on two different days so held me up! also the second delivery was partially soaked in oil from a can that had fallen over in the van - rather messy to work with!”

Hi Derek, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the delay on part of your delivery. It looks like our courier had sent one of your parcels to the wrong delivery depot, but this was delivered correctly the following working day. With regards to the oil spillage, please do give us a call upon receipt of any goods that are in any way damaged or faulty, as we could have had the courier take them back and issued replacements. “It was a relatively small purchase of sufficient 48mm tube and fittings to make a freestanding gym bar for my daughter. So went for click and collect rather than jaw dropping delivery charge. Went to warehouse at Bromborough and everyone really helpful. Easy ordering, order conformation and exactly what I asked for was there when I went to pick it up. Even brought it to the car for me. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use again for my next project.”

“Very impressed, a very small order, but when I made a mistake, not realising that some of the parts would not have been compatible, they contacted me before sending the order, rather than just sending it as many companies would have. Good price, good service. Much appreciated.”
