“The scaffold beams are excellent. However the delivery driver could not read the address printed on 4 of the 5 parcels and as I was not here, my mother did not know what she had to sign for (delivered on the day I asked for). 4 of my parcels( worth £500 ) were left out in the open 5 miles away.”

“I thought the hanging rail kit that I purchased was great and cut accurately and wrapped and dispatched in quick time. There was an omission on my order but when I raised it with the company they have rectified it immediately, courteously and with minimum fuss.”

“I received 6 packages that were exactly what I ordered and the delivery was within the week after I ordered the goods. High marks for accuracy and delivery. But the carriage is not ideal. I live north of Inverness. The main carriers, maybe fear the unknown, don't dare venture into these northern lands. So a second carrier does the delivery. ( Northern people are less fearful of the wild lands North of Inverness .) For some reason I was not sent a tracking id. When the consignment arrived, one box had two labels, one obviously incorrect but the correct one was on the side of the box). By the time I realised the sixth package was not mine, the delivery van had left. The destination of the incorrect package was local but the phone number was non-existant or ex-directory. I had not noticed who the carrier was so I could not contact either the driver or the depot. Would it not be a good idea to tell the customer how long the delivery will take and disclose who will make the final delivery. Maybe that firm has a phone number and maybe they can contact their driver. If the customer, who is providing the money that keeps the carrier trading, could ring and tell the carrier that at mistake had been made. It might save a great deal of time.”

“The product, two aluminium poles were as described a reasonable price and the service was good.Would have been 5 stars but the carriers they use could do a lot better, the poles were languishing at their local (Rotherham) depot for 3 days and it took 3 phone calls to get them delivered.”

“I bought a tall rose tower which appears to be sturdy and of good quality. The package arrived promptly and it was easy to assemble on my own - steps 1 and 2 of the instruction sheet was clear about how to assemble the top half but I found step 3 rather confusing so ignored it and used my common sense instead to finish it. Useful information though on the instruction sheet re how to make sure the tower stays in the ground and about the advisability of painting for rust prevention.”

“I purchased black polythene sheeting at the end of last year for my Allotment. I the price is very good and the quality of the polythene is also very good. I have used it to cover my allotment patch to suppress weeds and it is doing it's job and polythene still intact. Already survived a few storm successfully. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again from them.”
