“Materials all good, however special deliver instructions were not visible to delivery driver due to the way the address paper was fold, this incurred a 5 day delay in delivery, not helpful , Brian”

“Very prompt service , delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the netting I ordered was a much more gareish shade of green than it appeared on the photographs. However all in all I would purchase products from them. BBB Pp Ok”

“It was a relatively small purchase of sufficient 48mm tube and fittings to make a freestanding gym bar for my daughter. So went for click and collect rather than jaw dropping delivery charge. Went to warehouse at Bromborough and everyone really helpful. Easy ordering, order conformation and exactly what I asked for was there when I went to pick it up. Even brought it to the car for me. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use again for my next project.”

“Good quality timber for raised beds at a value for money price. Corner brackets are a little flimsy but they do the job and given the overall price I was still very happy with my purchase.”

“Good sold timber for raised beds, good screws and corner pieces to hold it together. Arrived in a few days, which was fine, but delivery was 'between 7am and 6pm' which is much too broad - even a half day slot would be a huge improvement.”

“Easy to order, prices ok, delivered on time and when assembled looked the job. Your on line order process was flakey and had to try a few times to place the order. Post order communication was good. Would have been nice to get a discount as a first time customer though, however have used you again. Altogether a pleasant experience.”

“I have now used the product on the allotment. It has only one line of scaffolding holes which I find an advantage: fewer holes for critters to get through. I bought a 3 metre width (50metres length) which I find the most useful and this time in black as I am sick of the usual green that I and others use on the allotment. 50m is light enough for me (a little 5ft woman) to carry. I use the netting over plastic hoops to protect plants. You can water the plants through this. The product is fine and I would have given 5 stars for it but they failed to deliver on the allotted day and the package arrived the next day.”
