The boards were delivered on two different days so held me up! also the second delivery was partially soaked in oil from a can that had fallen over in the van - rather messy to work with!

Hi Derek, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the delay on part of your delivery. It looks like our courier had sent one of your parcels to the wrong delivery depot, but this was delivered correctly the following working day. With regards to the oil spillage, please do give us a call upon receipt of any goods that are in any way damaged or faulty, as we could have had the courier take them back and issued replacements. Couldn't find 100m wide decking anywhere, scaffolding direct had some in stock. Quick delivery and cheap but the quality of the decking is quite poor, lots of crack and splits and the timber is very rough. It doesnt match the quality of my existing decking.

second hand kwikstage, if I were to order again I would ask for photos of actual scaffold being delivered. Some of the ledgers and transoms delivered were in very poor condition and so heavily rusted they were not deemed usable. metal boards 25 20 good galvanised second hand condition 4-5 5 rusty poor quality second hand 2-5 ledgers 20 12 very corroded 0-5 8 acceptable 3-5 transoms 8 4 very corroded 0-5 4 acceptable 3-5 2 board hop up 4 all rusty but usable 4-5 toe board bracket 7 4 very corroded 1-5 3 corroded acceptable 3-5

Hi Francis, Thank you for your review. All of the images of the used Kwikstage on our website are photos of the stock that we physically have on site. On each image you can see surface rust across all used Kwikstage items. Each used Kwikstage component that we have in our warehouse is checked twice to ensure all wedges and V-forms are suitable for use, and there are no bends/dents. They are checked when they are delivered into us, and when they are packed for despatch. So despite the surface rust on each component, they are all suitable for use. Of course, if you do have any that are damaged/bent etc. please do send us some images via email to sales@deltagb.com, and we will certainly do whatever we can to rectify the problem, i.e. replacement/refund etc. You can also give us a call on 01516787997 to discuss further. The products appear to be of good quality There were two problems: The delivery was missing one item and when this arrived, it was not the ordered size. The sales response was good in putting the problems right.

High delivery charges -£10 in my case. It took 5 days for scaffolding direct to deliver. The order- scaffold planks to instal as shelves arrived dirty and wet. If looks like the company stores the boards outdoors, they were in a very poor state when delivered. The order wasn’t even properly wrapped. I’m still drying the boards and haven’t been able to instal them. Poor, poor service.

Hi Asha, Thank you for your feedback. We do not have our own vans and use couriers, therefore based on the weight and size of your order (22kg and 1.2m long), the £10 delivery is very reasonably priced compared to our competitors. Your order was placed on 02/10/18 and we despatched it on 04/10/18 (within our 2-3 day margin). This was delivered on 05/10/18 to your neighbour. These boards are rated for scaffold use, not for aesthetic use. If you give us a call when you place the order then we can make sure we pick the nicest looking ones available from our stock. Likewise, we can also increase any packaging as required. However, as it stands we were not aware that this was being used for anything other than for scaffolding. Good service but the boards have a fair amount of black mould running through them. I bought them for an internal project so got new rather than reclaimed boards. I was expecting rough cut but not the mould staining. I wouldn't buy again and instead would purchase from somewhere I could see the quality of the product first, I think even reclaimed would have been less work to restore.

Ordered late on a Monday evening and delivery arrived Wednesday afternoon so very pleased with that. Unfortunately the wrong size fence posts had been delivered but as they were sufficient for the job i needed them for,i didnt bother to exchange them.

The order came very quickly and efficiently, however, I emailed last week to enquire about a return and refund and still no one replied even though I’m sure the website said I should get a response in one business day. There is not a fault with them, they were just ordered incorrectly so I need to return them and have a refund. They are still in their original packaging. I have just sent a further email chasing this.

Disappointed with quality, it's certainly not heavy duty and the eyelets on the edges are poor quality and come out of tarpaulin too easily.
