“Hi Guys my order for what ever logistically came in three deliveries? Why? Bit unfortunate I was thinking of further orders. SIWSAN DAFIS gardener retired but still doing d.i.y”

Hi Siwsan, Thank you for your review. We did ship your order all together, as two separate parcels. Due to how the couriers pack their vans at the depots, throughout the delivery process, it is possible for the van to exceed its weight limit before they’ve got your whole order onto it. This can result in some parcels being put onto another delivery vehicle. “The people on the phone are very helpful, thorough & organised, phoning to double check times of delivery etc. The wood supplied for beds needs a bit of a sand to give it a nicer finish as it is just rough scaffolding boards but still fit for purpose and makes sturdy raised beds.”

“I ordered 4 raised beds. When ordering I didn't realise the extended delivery time due to lockdown and needed the beds quickly. Rang Scaffolding Direct and the young man I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. I explained my problem and he arranged for delivery to be speeded up and I received the beds 3 days later - super cutomer service. The beds are perfect and amazing value for money. Really cannot fault this company.”

“Nothing wrong with the actual product when it finally arrives 7 to 10 days to post after taking payment then still waiting for DHL to deliver it's now been delayed in transit twice and still not here”

“We ordered 10 ft x 6 ft veg planters x2 to make a raised bed. I rang to ask delivery time and I was given quick delivery. The planks are excellent super strong and with quick nationwide delivery. I was very happy with the great service and product given - especially during this difficult time. I will recommend you to my friends. My veg patch is up and running. Thank you”
