“Web site easy to negotiate, found what I wanted, paid then sat back, delivery was a short time later. Driver just turned up, I had no notification that I should expect delivery, but that wasn't a problem”

“This is the third raised bed I have bought from Scaffolding Direct over the years and I always find them to be prompt and helpful with delivery. The raised beds are an excellent product - simple to erect, strong and long lasting as well as looking good.”

“Poor service, order items but when called to ask where it was I was told it hadn’t been delivered and they couldn’t suggest when it might arrive with them, and then shipped on to me.”

“I found the products to be of very high quality, the whole process from ordering online to receiving the raised flower beds was faultless. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. (Due to the pandemic delivery took a little bit longer than usual but it was worth the wait.)”

“Initial delivery arrived with 2 items missing although this was probably the responsibility of the courier. Scaffolding Direct corrected the shortfall with no questions asked so a first class service overall”

“Not being a scaffolder per say, I was unsure of the proper names and technical terms for the bits and pieces I required for a project! but the Website is so easy to use and identify what I required (Don’t you just hate a poor website!), that I would not hesitate to use Scaffold Direct again. Add in the fast delivery, and helpful delivery driver, I would say this firm is exemplary, in today’s on line purchase market”
