I was sent the in correct sized fence panels and was missing bolts although on my invoice and box states the correct product. On the same day I received I sent an email regarding this and also attempted to call with no response. I have sent a further email requesting collection and refund and have still not heard back from the company after 5 days.
***Update *** the company have now provided a full refund
