“I received my beautiful Bluebell Jasmine Crossbody the other day and am absolutely delighted. The quality of the leather and workmanship is exquisite. “Love the Mini D perfect size for every day use. Good service as always. Good quality products. Prompt delivery with ample notification from courier. “I had several questions during my purchasing phase. Customer Service got back to me right away. Then when I made my purchase, I made a mistake and Customer Service caught it and reached out to me to question whether I intended on the mistake. Again, another example of exceptional Customer Service. I would say other companies need to take their lead from Sarah Haran's company and service. On top of this, the bags received are beautiful and they put great touches with complimentary accessaries. Thank You!”

“I’m so very pleased with my handbag. I ordered the in Bluebell with silver. I was unsure of the colour it wouldn’t have been my first choice or even my second but I wanted to have the silver not gold but when I placed my order that was the only colour available to me and I didn’t know you could pre-order the other colours! Anyway as soon as I opened my beautifully packed parcel I loved the colour straight away I couldn’t be happier with my bag the design and quality are exceptional. “The quality and versatility of this handbag is unreal, a Gorgeous colour in avacado green and I love the fact you can dress it up with different colour straps, handles and front pouch! Also bought the leopard pouch to change the front up which I can swap about with the same bag I also have in gorgeous red. I think I am becoming addicted to this brand! Hope you bring some different colours out in the backpack style soon xx”
