“Even though I’ve asked to return the bag due to my being so disappointed in the quality, you have chosen to ask me to write a review BUT only if I’m happy with product. This must be why you don’t get bad reviews because you don’t allow them!! I find your ‘Joy’ totally nauseating, your bags utterly rubbish and the finest Italian leathers you boast about a crime against Trades description act. Everything you sell is totally overpriced rubbish. I look forward to seeing my review on your site!!”
