“I ordered a lilac snake skin Ivy in the sale, it's a very pale colour. I struggle with the colours on line especially the blues. A colour chart would help. I ordered a Nova strap in pink which was not available so a replacement was sent in a colour to match the Ivy, it is lovely match but really I wanted the pink one to go with my Orchid bag. The white Jasmine is fine bought for this summer. All excellent quality and priced well in the sale.”

“I love my first bag (Dahlia) so I decided to order the Michelle zippered tote. I was looking for a bag with a zipper so things were not at risk of falling out when shoved under an airplane seat. I love the options provided by the Michelle. The bag looks better with its top pinched in (zippers connected on the outside). But if you configure it that way, it is very difficult to get anything in or out of the bag.”

“I had previously received a jasmine bag as a gift and I love it. So I ordered another for myself in bright blue on special offer. When I received my bag that there was no decor strip or closure tassel or link, I feel this should be clearly indicated in the sales detail as I did not order extras when I ordered the bag. Soi I now have to wait for my accessories to arrive before I can use the lovely bag.”

“I love the color, the amount of room, the chain for the smaller bag. Would have liked the handles an inch longer but they are comfortable to carry. Having the snap closure makes it easier to use than a zipper. The leather is soft and that is what I prefer also. In hind site I would not purchase another bag at that price point for these bags. The add on accessories are also a bit pricey so I will not be purchasing any.”

“I was a little disappointed after watching the adverts for this versatile product. I feel the cost is too high comparing similar items on the high street. I returned my purchases as felt they were sadly not for me.”

Hi So sorry you decided to return the bag. I am not aware of any bag that is similar to this bag on the high street. Our unique concept enables you to change the look of the bag in seconds by adding new straps, tassels and other bags to create further compartments.
