To be fair to the company i'm going to put this bit at the start, a day after my initial review: I should make it clear that my review is completely based on the marketing / spam. The product itself is lovely and was beautifully wrapped and delivered on time. Original rant: My goodness - after only buying one thing at Christmas i've been absolutely BOMBARDED with spam - sometimes more than one useless mail per day. Even if i liked a given brand and was interested in their products (I'm a husband that only bought it for his wife), i still wouldn't want an email per day. Your marketing/comms team clearly don't have a clue and/or anything useful to do - suggest you find something more productive for them to do. Edit a day later: at least the company tried to contact me the next morning to discuss my review which is admirable, but to ask me to remove my review completely goes against the entire concept of reviews. If everyone only accepted 5-star reviews then how would we differentiate the truly great companies that look after their customers. Yes, the simple response is to unsubscribe but i don't ever remember opting into spam and you're now asking me to spend more of my time to get myself out of something i don't recall getting into...doesn't seem fair. Had you had a sensible approach to marketing i may have stayed subscribed for the next special occasion. If you're confident in your brand then don't subscribe anyone unless they actively request it and see how your DL grows.

The GOOD - Beautiful colours & pattern The BAD - Was expecting a MUCH larger scarf - it wasn't even standard size... more like a headscarf or kerchief!! The UGLY - EXTREMELY expensive for a child-size scarf. SOOOOOO DISSAPPOINTED I'm a small size and it barely ties into a small bow or simple knot & disappears into my blouse or sweater.. WHAT a SHAME !!!!!

We do everything we can to show the products on our website with videos of the scarves being used as well as their full dimensions available on the product page. While these scarves are multi-functional, their primary use is to be attached to handbags, which we are transparent about in our product description. We never want to leave a customer disappointed, so please get in touch and we can find a suitable resolution for you, whether that be one of our larger scarves, or a refund.
