The quality and elegance of this bag is first class - the workmanship, the design, the materials, the thoughtfulness in packing extras, the way it looks and feels WOW! I'm in love! And also the small things that are often taken for granted - the care taken in packing my beautiful Michelle, the personalised note from the packer, keeping me informed all the way through, answering my queries even on a Sunday evening - all of this has made my first shopping experience with you completely outstanding. Thank you all - the whole team - so much.”

“I've been admiring these bags on the arm of Anthea Turner for some time 😍 and finally took delivery of Jasmine this week - very impressed with the personal service and the packaging...and the bag....oooh...I chose Bluebell and it's an exquisite colour and perfect size...had a quick look at the sale site and spotted Ivy in champagne at a ridiculously good price so she is now also in my possession! Working my way up to purchasing a larger tote to have the wonderful creative flexibility that these beautiful bags .offer.”
