“Im very pleased with my beautiful rucksack, I have been looking for one for a while that has removable straps so you can use it as a handbag and shoulder bag as well. It has plenty of inside pockets for all your items. Although you could clip the straps together to make it crossbody bag ( it would be quite bulky) it would be nice if it came with a separate one for that purpose.”

“This is a super company with wondefully stylish and innovative ideas on creating varied looks and very stylish and practical bags. It's also potentiallu very addictive if you're into ''collecting things''. And such fun! The bags are superbly made and of great quality and i am very grateful to have been introduced to this brand. The bag was very lovely but unfortunately it was both too small for my needs and the wrong colour for my wardrobe but if it had been the right size and colour I would ABSOLUTELY have kept it and loved it. I am a jewel Winter and I need true intense bright colours and the ''bright blue'' was too soft and muted a blue for my needs. I would also like to see more metallic leathers, silver espoecially in ALL bags and maybe a metallic fuchsia pink or metallic purple, metallic emerald or even metallic royal blue or cool turquoise? And if the corresponding season or HOC colour could be given with the colour name of the bags then mistakes in colour ordering would be avoided for those of us who are colour analysed. In my humble opinion the returns process could be easier but when it worked it was fast and effective. Also I think the cost of a minimum of £8 for a return should be made more clear or transparent to those of us on tight budgets these days. And for those who are colour analysed, it may be worth waiting until the brand has authenticated colour season categories for the colours on their website, which I am told is in the pipeline.”

Hey Susan, thanks so much for your review! Sorry if the return process wasn't clear - we do state that you can return via your own method and couriers are usually only £3.99 or so. We do offer a service at £8 if you prefer to use this but most people find it more cost effective not to do this. Lots of exciting things happening with colour in the future :) Delighted to hear you love the bags! x

“High quality leather and finishing. The brand has nailed the art of upsell, so that bags can be styled the to change the look. Downside is the accessories to do this are (in my view) expensive, that's why I've given 4 rather than 5.”

“My beautiful bag has arrived! Can't wait to use it. I did have a slight problem. A promotional email was sent to me at 19.30 which I did not open until the next day. So I missed out on the promotion which was a tassel for the Jasmine bag. I immediately contacted Sarah Haran to explain that the email was sent rather late in the day. Martina arranged for a tassel to be sent . So alls well that ends well.”

“I purchased a Jasmine model with calf hair flap in pink leopard print. I like the dimensions of Jasmine: not too small, not too large; a nice in-between size. I didn't need another tailored bag, but I appreciate the colours of this one (pink, ombre'd greys, ivory) which add some whimsy. Also, though I like animal prints the typical colours - camel, beige, brown - are too warm for my skin tone and thus don't coordinate with anything in my wardrobe. So I was delighted to find an animal print in cool tones. The only thing that is missing from the Jasmine is metal feet on the bottom.”

“I was excited to receive my first delivery from Sarah Haran and had such a wonderful time mixing the matching the Jasmine and Ivy bags with tassels, straps, and chains that came in the Mystery Box. It's a brilliant concept and I'd love to purchase more. However, living in Australia the exchange rate coupled with the cost of shipping will be challenging. I guess I'll learn to be a very savvy shopper.”
