“I was very pleased with the help I received recently after I put a purchase on my basket but failed to complete purchase. It was a Mystery box. After a phone call to HO I was offered the option of another box which I was very pleased with as had all the decorative extras that will go with all my other Bags.. Thank you Ladies . Liz”

“I received my first Sarah Haran bag this week and I am delighted - the quality of the leather, the finish, and the care taken to pack and send it are all excellent. I love the idea of being able to add to it, i am already planning on an ivy to clip on and perhaps a differnet strap and tassel, and also the range of colours is wonderful. I first saw the bags on Kettlewell Colours, another of my favourite brands, i admire your founders very much, and your ethos of quality and sustainability combined with colour and originality is exactly what I look for. Well done!”
