“Lovely, friendly customer service advisor helped me decide which bag was best for me by answering a few questions I had. The delivery was really quick, all beautifully wrapped and the bag is really well made and looks fantastic with the additional tassle I bought. I love the fact that I'll be able to change the look of the bag by buying additional accessories. Such a genius idea!”

“Its a lovely site though a bit ricky for me to navigate, My friends and KCC recommended Sarah Haran bags to me so I thought I'd give it a try? It's easy toorder and the service is real quick! and the lovely customerservice people replied to all my questions in the CHAT and followed up by helpful emails too. I would like to see the colours rated for seasonal colour analysis in the future maybe? And am very grateful that in the two years I have been visiting the site more intense bright colours have now appeared, THANK YOU!
