“I am amazed by the outstanding quality and unique design of the Poppy backpack. It is not only a backpack, it comes with accessories to wear as a crossbody, over shoulder and handheld. The little bag called the lily on the front of the Poppy comes off and is great for evenings out. There is an added bonus my 16 inch Mac Laptop horizontally…. I am looking forward to the launch of the mid grey poppy later this year, will be a great summer bag. I am tempted by the navy poppy but my bank balance will not like me. Lol”

“I am in my late sixties yet I feel like an excited teenager having discovered Sarah Haran handbags. What's not to love about these cleverly designed, interchangeable bags made with superb quality leather and workmanship . The concept is ingenious. Such fun to be had creating new looks with a great selection of accessories. Yesterday afternoon I used my porcelaine MiniD with Millie Pouch and Mint Fluffy Ball - the mint as it tied in with my outfit. It was comfortable to carry by the handles as the cross body strap is too long for me. I shall purchase an adjustable strap in porcelain as I can't see how to have the one provided altered and maintain the standard. All in all a very happy new customer who has amassed quite a collection of Sarah Haran bags and accessories during the run up to Christmas and new year sale. Lucky me! Also I introduced my daughter and three daughters in law to this brand by buying them each an Ivy as a Christmas gift. I have advised they take the time to study the web site, become familiar with the various elements comprising each style as this will significantly enhance the buying experience and help t'avoir purchase mistakes. Finally, Customer Service is of the highest standard. How do I know this? My initial purchasing enthusiasm led to numerous orders with a number of errors and omissions thus creating a fair bit of work for the Customer Service Team. Nothing was too much trouble. I don't sleep well and often sort out admin during those dark hours so imagine my surprise when I noticed a reply to an email was sent at five in the morning! Now that is service over and beyond the call of duty 😄”
