“I just love my little crossbody bag! It’s fabulous. I can understand why it’s nicknamed the tardis, I never imagined it would hold so much. Great quality and not plastered in huge logos advertising the brand which I dislike. Great communication on the web site, definitely recommend an online chat. Think I may have to order the pink one next!”

“I’ve finally found my perfect bag (Dahlia). It’s wonderful to have the choice of silver hardware (almost non existent in the shops for years now). The quality of the bags is as good as any I’ve seen and the price is, I think, incredibly reasonable for what will be (for me anyway) a forever bag. It’s not the initial cost that matters, it’s price per use - so in my case these are going to be the cheapest bags I’ve ever bought! I’d love to see some organisers to fit inside and also a pocket near the bottom of the bag for the Sarah Harlan purse. This is a wishlist item for me though, not a criticism. Also on my wishlist would be clearer information, per bag, of what accessories go with it and a photo of that accessory with that bag (I’ve pondered for ages about the differences between popper and stud deco strips!). The videos are great but I can only watch them when I’m on my own or my husband knows I’m looking at Sarah Harlan again. I’m being picky though and none of this makes me knock off a star. Fantastic customer service - outstanding all round.”

I am pleased with my choice of Raven Dahlia with accessories. Choosing a bundle to start my collction. “I have bought my wife several bags and accessories from Sarah Harlan. The bags are beautifully made, and are wrapped and packaged with care. The range of sizes, styles and colours means that there is always a bag (or two) that are appropriate for different events and outfits. The very distinctive tassel and style really make the bags very special. Finally, the website is easy to use and delivery tracked all the way to the door with very useful updates sent through as the package travels. I am sure I will be buying my wife more in the future!!!!”

“My first two purchases included a Jubilee special offer, a Bundle of Joy and a complimentary clutch and In those two purchases I have a capsule collection including 4 bags and more than a dozen accessories that swap and change to make endless opportunities. So many beautiful combinations and all for a very reasonable price, I could easily have paid the same for one bag and not come close to the joy I’ve already had from these two purchases. Klarna and Clearpay make it possible to spread the payments through the quarter and there are so many ways to grab bargains. The quality is superb and the look, well, my partner kept pointing out all the women who were stopping and staring at my dressed-up Dahlia the first time we went out together. The delivery really is joyful, the packaging done with such care, the whole experience is wonderful. Then there’s the Bags of Joy community on FB… I could go on and on and I’ve only just begun!”

“I’m a new purchaser so I was sceptical about the cost of the bags, especially as I had to purchase a few add ons too. Well I didn’t have to purchase more but coveted different looks from one bag. So I took the plunge. I bought 2 Jasmines ( I now have three and an Ivy that have been purchased in a period of 2 weeks!!! ) 😂 Think I like them. ❤️ But I have to mention customer service. Unbelievably good. The cross body straps were not long enough for me. I sent the straps back and Sarah lengthened them for me. Also as a newbie you need help with choosing what is needed to add extras and there is always somebody knowledgeable at the end of the phone, often Sarah herself. So am I happy? Yes I’m ecstatic but beware this is addictive. I now need a bigger bag but have to save as I wouldn’t be able to wait to order all the extras to change the look. I can’t stop looking at my next purchase. Sadly just had a birthday so may have to wait until Christmas!!! I’m addicted.”

“I order neon suede coral bow and strap colour and feel is amazing the strap has leather one side but prefer to wear with the suede on my shoulder as it holds nicely I also got a platinum furry Pom Pom which is gorgeous”
