“Sarah Haran bags are beautiful in very way. The way they look, feel, smell. The attention to detail is outstanding as is the customer service. Any queries are dealt with immediately. “The lining was coming away from the leather of my gorgeous Jasmine. I sent some pics to Sarah Harlan’s team and their customer service is second to none. I was asked to return the bag and after examination, they sent it back to their amazing Italian atelier who has repaired it. Throughout the process which was a matter of weeks, the team kept in touch with emails to let me know what was happening. Including the final email to tell me they were returning the bag to me - I have it and it’s perfect. It’s rare to find a company that keeps its promises (they offer life time guarantee for their beautiful bags), actually communicates with their customers as well as actually caring their customers are happy with their products. Bravo Sarah Haran and your amazing team! I’m constantly recommending your bags to all my friends!”
