“The staff went above and beyond to help me with a changing I wanted for a bag I’d made myself. Contacting me personally after I left a little note about wanting little D rings to attach. “I love being able to style my bag in so many different ways. All the different pieces are so beautifully made and look and feel very luxurious. You have thought of everything - the key chain that doubles as a strap is my favourite feature - no more scrabbling around in the dark to find my keys. I also love the tassels and the SH logo piece - handy as my initials are also SH!”
