“I received excellent service beyond that expected. I ordered the wrong bag in error, and on phoning Sarah the next working day, she changed the bag for the one I wanted which arrived the following day. A definite 6+ stars”

“I would give 6 stars if I could for the fantastic service I received. I ordered a bag and then realised it was the wrong style. The next morning I phoned Sarah who, unhesitatingly, changed the bag for the one I wanted which I received the following day. Totally brilliant. And I love the bag but it’s put away until Christmas”
