We're pleased that our team were able to support you throughout the process and to explain what documents are required for the audit to be passed and accreditation to be awarded. Clients choose to work with us because we enable them to have greater visibility of the health and safety compliance of their supply chain. Our system ensures that all contractors they work with have the relevant documentation in place to comply with health and safety legislation. To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly. Our team are available via email and telephone to provide any assistance you need throughout the process.

“Not Good, the people are polite and considerate but what they are asked to do by the company is both bureaucratic and needlessly pedantic. This is not good for customer relations”

“Pretty straight forward as i use my CHAS SSIP to avoid most of the duplications. My ony gripe is the associated cost applied this year however when i called and mentioned my CHAS accreditation i was then applied a reduced cost saving us £182.00!”

To ensure that your discounted price is applied, at renewal please ensure that your CHAS accreditation is still active and request a 'SSIP - Deem to Satisfy' route to SafeContractor accreditation.

Our pre-audit process was introduced to reduce the time that the full audit takes and to ensure that the initial information submitted it correct prior to sending through to the audit team. “As always the staff at SafeContractor were excellent and easy to work with. Our application was dealt with in a timely manner which hasn't been the case in previous years.
