“Quite a straightforward process; better than any other H&S online registration portal we've completed. However the process took longer after we had uploaded our information than the previous year though, which meant that we were being chased for expired credentials from other portals for several weeks while we waited for your team to confirm our application had been successful. Still, a very good system and you have very good and helpful staff.”

“Good. Our accreditor Robin McCloy was very helpful in taking us through the final steps of accreditation and also informed me that I could download my certificate directly from the website which was really handy as I didn't know that and we could send it out to our clients straight away. The process was a lot less daunting than expected : )”
