“The training was very informative and engaging. The trainer (Jenny) was very friendly and enthusiastic when demonstrating the different areas of safety. Her energy helps the training to be more interesting and she always ensures that we understand the process of each area shown, such as the DR ABC, CPR, chocking position etc. I would redo my refresher with Safe and sound.”

“We as a GP surgery enjoyed an excellent refresher session offered by Safe and Sound covering BLS and AED. Our group included GPs, Nurses and Practice Manager. The ‘pitch’ of the session was just right considering the attendees. Clinicians felt engaged and others not out of their depth. Good updates, practice on techniques and practical advice. Opportunity to ask questions and did not feel rushed. We also covered choking management strategies as well as bleeding wounds. The sense from our group that it was really useful for the real encounters we might face. Highly recommend this course.”
