“I recently had the pleasure of attending an intensive First Aid course led by Andrew, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Andrew impressed me with his extensive knowledge of the subject matter. He is not only well-versed in First Aid protocols but also stays updated on the latest practices and guidelines, which he readily shared with us. What stood out most was his ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging, and approachable manner. He used real-life scenarios to illustrate key concepts, making it easier for us to relate and understand how to apply our knowledge in actual emergency situations. Andrew fostered a positive and comfortable learning environment, where he encouraged open dialogue and welcomed questions. No one felt intimidated or hesitant to ask for clarification, which is often crucial in a learning setting. The course was structured to balance theory with practical application. Andrew integrated hands-on exercises throughout the training, allowing us to practice the skills we were learning in real-time. For example, we engaged in CPR simulations and practiced using defibrillators, which significantly boosted my confidence in handling emergencies. By the end of the course, I felt not only knowledgeable but also empowered to act in situations requiring First Aid. Andrew’s excellent teaching methods and genuine enthusiasm for the subject matter truly made this experience enjoyable and worthwhile. I highly recommend his courses to anyone interested in gaining vital First Aid skills!”
