“Terribly unprofessional person arrived flustered and in a state, late, then proceeded to lecture the room on how to vote in the upcoming London Mayoral elections, and gave her personal opinions of the Ulez scheme, this was neither the time or the place to start canvassing or debating. Continued to ramble on about cars, driving routes, and traffic. Talked at length about wages and money, sought advice on how to get to her following days appointment. Was unprepared with spare pens, or clip board. Also told one member of the room which name they would use even after the preferred one had been given. Some of the chat and anecdotes were of use as they were connected to first aid and incidents where first aid training were applied successfully. The test at the end to see if we had retained vital information was not held in strict conditions and the facilitator dropped hints as to all 20 answers. Shambolic at times and I wouldn’t recommend the facilitator or Safe and Sound to deliver your next First Aid training course.”

“Trainer addressed my disability in front of all my colleagues saying "how can I pass you with that ". She told me she would pass me but not to say anything to the company and keep it between us .She also made comments about Chinese people and items that are made in china .”

“Unable to comment as I did not receive zoom link in a timely manner despite chasing up. I therefore made alternative plans and the link sent just prior to the course starting was therefore too late”
