I've done quite a few first aid courses before, but this was the first time I felt uncomforatable with the physical contact from the trainer. Usually, I've practiced with othe members of staff, which felt more natural. I get that hands-on practice is part of the training, but I think it's really important to make sure everyone feels comfortable and respected. Just wanted to share that feedback.

Not as good as last year. The trainer could not cope with a group of non-clinicians mixed in with clinicians. Showed us what to do but did not witness us doing any of the practising.

Its time consuming and iif you need help no response I mean I found it unhelpful.

We're so sorry that you found our service lacking; our support team work very hard to assist every learner but clearly this did not happen on this occasion. I honestly feel that the face to face workshop goes on for a very long time yet not a lot of practical work is achieved. We spent a lot of time watching powerpoints, reading through slides and watching videos of someone being resuscitated on Bondai beach. We didn't start any practical until 3pm, when everyone was feeling pretty drained and the dancing around to 'staying alive' just felt very unnecessary and inappropriate. There was too much irrelevant chit chat from the trainer and the course could have easily been at least an hour shorter
