“I had the most enjoyable time doing my first aid with the very knowledgeable very funny Alan. He made it fun, taught us great techniques and had lots of stories to tie in with what we were doing which helped the info go in. It was relaxed and Alan out us all at ease instantly. I would highly recommend Alan, who is passionate about his job and we had the right amount of humour during our day.”
