“Training was done to a very high standard by Phil our trainer. Having suffered from trauma due to the sudden passing of my Dad who had passed away from having a cardiac arrest, this for me was very hard. However, I managed to get through the training due to the empathy and professionalism shown by Phil. Phil was very knowledgeable and our group really enjoyed the training due to him. Thank you!”
