“The trainer was lovely and carried out the training in an informative and professional manner but was also reassuring and made everyone feel at ease creating a comfortable learning environment giving the team confidence to the team to participate.”

“Thank you very much for your training. I am particularly happy with this one. Compared to other years, this time I now feel a lot more confident (and competent) about my ability to carry out CPR and deal with other major injuries on both a child and adult. Your trainer not only was lovely, her teaching style was ideal for me- I have ADD- (I can't remember her name... Jenny? a physio) I also felt she really wanted to make sure we all new properly how some signs look and sound, gave us plenty of scenarios and practice, informed us of changes that have happened in first aid, and we felt encouraged to make plenty of questions. I've no doubt every single person in that group came out very confident. The online training was also very thorough, though the acrostics for the online training has to be the same as the face to face training. The trainer is aware of this. eg: DR C ABCDE Thank you Anna Asheshov”
