“Excellent delivery of the first aid training, he kept the whole group engaged throughout and give us an option of having the short breaks or to just work through which everyone decided to work through so we could get through the training faster as it was a Saturday. Lots of clever ways to remember parts of the training which I believe will stick with me in helping me remember the things I learned. I have worked in childcare for 10 years and I believe this was the best delivered first aid training I have completed.”

“I have been doing my first aid courses with Safe and Sound for years now and I have been very satisfied with the teaching every time. The instructors are well prepared and have great knowledge of what they are teaching and the course has always been taught in a way that it is not boring even though you have to sit through a lot of materials shown. Carol, my last instructor, was friendly, helpful and patient especially when some people needed more help and practice than others.”
