“Fabulous Blended EFAW course - first part elearning going through what you need to know in your own time, preparing you for the next part of the course. 2nd part face to face with the brilliant Caroline Heaney who explained everything clearly and used her wealth of knowledge to help and guide you through each part so you come out feeling confident that you can help someone in a first aid emergency!”

“Thank you very much for your training. I am particularly happy with this one. Compared to other years, this time I now feel a lot more confident (and competent) about my ability to carry out CPR and deal with other major injuries on both a child and adult. Your trainer not only was lovely, her teaching style was ideal for me- I have ADD- (I can't remember her name... Jenny? a physio) I also felt she really wanted to make sure we all new properly how some signs look and sound, gave us plenty of scenarios and practice, informed us of changes that have happened in first aid, and we felt encouraged to make plenty of questions. I've no doubt every single person in that group came out very confident. The online training was also very thorough, though the acrostics for the online training has to be the same as the face to face training. The trainer is aware of this. eg: DR C ABCDE Thank you Anna Asheshov”
