“Good evening, I did the emergency first aid course yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic. Sorry but I cannot remember the ladies name, she delivered the course very well. She explained and went into fine detail and gave great examples. She also answered all our questions. The course flowed really well because she made the course very enjoyable. Thank you”
