“I found the first aid course to be very well delivered, with all information delivered in a structured way with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and plenty of opportunity to practice techniques. If there was one way I think it could improve it would be to provide a link to an online resource containing the same information delivered in the course so that participants have the opportunity to go back over what they have leant to further absorb everything.”
