“The communication before the course was timely, with plenty of notice to do the online training. Our trainer on the day (I can't remember her name) was very informative and knowledgeable and made the day interesting as the day was very interactive, she got everyone involved in different scenarios.”

I thought the online course was carefully done to support the different ways in which people learn and it was very helpful having someone who has real 'on the job' experience of first aid delivering the practical side of the course.”

“I thought Dave delivered the first air training really well. It was well structured and was amazing to complete lots of practical tasks so we had a better understanding when using first aid equipment. “Bright Horizons, Harwell Day Nursery and Pre-School, we had two groups of 12 with Allan and Dame. Allan was the H Teams trainer and I must say it was the best First Aid course I have done, I have been with the company for 27 years. Allan taught us in a way that got the answers from us, he gave us an understanding of how the body worked so we could understand the process of First Aid we had to give. Which in turn helps you to retain information so you can facilitate when there is a need. Allan, Thank you for your time and experience supporting my team's confidence and knowledge in delivering First Aid when they need it both personally and professionally.”

“We had a brilliant time with Caroline. She came in to do our " Combined CPR/AED and Medical Emergencies for Dental Practices with Emergency First Aid at work" training. The whole process what great, from booking, training, to receiving our certificates. We did not only learn - we had fun doing it. We will absolutely be using Safe and Sound again for our training.”
