“Orderes 2 pairs of thebsame shoe as I can be a 10 or a 10.5. Free delivery and returns enabled this for me! 5/5 right there!!! Had a small issue and had to contact customer service and they were superb! Very quick to reply and really, really helpful! What a breath of fresh air this company is. I will definitely biy from them again. And I suggest you do too! A special thank you to Marina for all the help in answering my questions! Customer service as it should be!”

“Received a great pair of New Balance 860 trainers - really happy with the purchase, and the online advice given prior to purchase was helpful. The purchase was also made on the basis of an in-person gait analysis done two-three years ago, which was revolutionary for me as a runner who had never considered gait before as crucial to deciding what trainers to purchase.”

“I recently became aware that I suffer from pronation, I did a Google search and found a link to Run and Become. Here I found very helpful information as well as a lost of shoes that would correct the problem. I decided to go for the GTS 21 and I can't tell you enough what a difference it has made. I used to suffer from lower back pain if I walked for more than 20 minutes. GONE! I used to get tired and have sore legs and feet after walking more than 20 minutes. No More! I only wish I had known how easy it was to alleviate these symptoms and their subsequent painful affects. I am not a runner, although I have now dipped my toe thanks to these shoes. It is safe to say that I will be a customer for life. I love my shoes! Thank you.”
