“Had a query on description of shoes as I believed neutral but report mentioned support, prompt response to advise Brooks had now added to the Glycerin range (neutral) a GTS version for pronation rather than give them a different name. Thanks for clarifying, shame on Brooks”

“Great service. previously made purchases from the Cardiff store but this time had to buy online. The customer service was great - a prompt and helpful response. I general I don't like buying shoes online but was happy to do so as there was a clear return policy explained to me. Would highly recommend”
