“Fantastic customer service, very helpful. I wasn't sure what colour to get and Heidi very kindly took a picture for me of the shoes in daylight and sent it to. She saw my subsequent order and let me know they were sent. Shoes arrived promptly and I am very happy with them. Would definitely buy from RubyShoes again and would recommend.”

“Fabulous range of interesting and colourful footwear. Extremely helpful and friendly service when I phoned for information about shoes I liked before ordering. Incredibly quick delivery - ordered late Friday afternoon, arrived Monday. Sadly the shoes weren't suitable but my return and refund were dealt with equally as promptly - much quicker than larger stores I have ordered from. I can't recommend Rubyshoestuesday highly enough and am even planning to visit in Spring despite living 300 miles away!”

“Rubyshoes are a pleasure to deal with. The online ordering service was easy and hassle free. I got a quick confirmation of my order and they kept me up to date with delivery times. The items were delivered quickly. I ordered a pair of slippers which are of very good quality. In fact, they are replacing a pair that have lasted well over 5 years. Good quality footware and a good company to deal with.”
