“I first shopped here whilst on holiday in HB n was impressed by the quirky range, helpful staff and product knowledge. I also overheard a phone convo re a return bought on line and thought how excellent the online customer service was too. Hence, despite not returning to HB, I've bought several pairs of shoes/boots from here & even if return/exchange was necessary, (rarely, I must add), there's never been a problem. R S is amazing!”

“They were amazing. Two days and I had my new shoes. Too big. In the box I found an handwritten card with kind words of gratitude. Half an hour later I used the same bag (strong, paper bag) to send them back. The same evening I received the email with the new tracking nr and the day after I had my new shoes (perfectly fitting my feet, this time!). Wrapped in the same paper bag but with a new handwritten card. So: they care for the environment; they care for their costumers; they are quick, professional and utterly kind. Thank you!🙏🏼 🥰”

“Loved the shoes but the sizing was different on the boot to what is listed on the website so I am waiting for an exchange. Website stated boot was size 41 but when it came it was a 42”
