“Our most favourite shoe shop!!! My partner and I have purchased many shoes and boots over the years. It’s the only place we use to be honest. You can get unique-looking outdoor shoes, boots, sandals and even slippers! Always welcomed by friendly staff. They post out to you also. It’s lovely that if you call up with a question; you literally speak to the person in the shop. I love that! It’s a rarity these days. Thank you RSD x”

“Having spent ages trying to source some Art shoes which were in stock and had a short delivery window I managed to find RubyShoes Day. (You may want to improve your search results on Google). I paid extra for fast delivery, ordering on a Thurs night and they were delivered Saturday morning. Great service, packaged well. I will definitley order from this company again.”

“I Love this shop. I have purchased a few boots from here, and I always get my slippers here as they are so comfortable and such good quality. Online ordering is easy and I have never had any issues with the deliveries. I'm down south, but I hope to visit the actual shop in the near future.”

“Bought Berks online for my daughter as I order from RubyShoesDay and know service and delivery are excellent and returns easy if necessary. I live in the northeast and discovered this gem of an independent shop on holiday. May need move to HB!!!”

“I'm very pleased with my waldloufer walking shoes. I bought a pair about two years ago from another supplier which I still wear. They are so comfortable, waterproof, hard wearing and an all round brilliant shoe. I found it difficult to find another pair. I came across your shop online and asked that if you get any in stock in my size to email me. A few months down the line you emailed me to say you had a pair in stock. Thank you so much for contacting me. Excellent customer service. I promptly ordered a blue pair from you. If I am ever near Hebden Bridge, then I will definitely come and visit to purchase another pair in a different colour. Great service, i would highly Reccomend waldloufer walking shoes and Rubyshoesday customer service. Thank you.”

“I visted the shop and was really pleased with the choice of shoes - buying a pair of walking boots - not just any ones!!! - Waldllaufer snazzy ones.... The staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. I have since gone online to buy another pair - again very effiecnt service and received them well packed and on time.”

“I had been looking at some Jungla boots for a little while but when I finally bit the bullet, the size I wanted wasn't in stock. Sara said that they were expecting some more stock and would email when they were in. She emailed me just a couple of days later as promised and I was able to place an order. The boots arrived promptly - lovely boots, lovely colours. And so comfortable! Excellent service from RubyShoes Day.”
