“I visted the shop and was really pleased with the choice of shoes - buying a pair of walking boots - not just any ones!!! - Waldllaufer snazzy ones.... The staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. I have since gone online to buy another pair - again very effiecnt service and received them well packed and on time.”

“I had been looking at some Jungla boots for a little while but when I finally bit the bullet, the size I wanted wasn't in stock. Sara said that they were expecting some more stock and would email when they were in. She emailed me just a couple of days later as promised and I was able to place an order. The boots arrived promptly - lovely boots, lovely colours. And so comfortable! Excellent service from RubyShoes Day.”

“The trainer shoes were very nice and well made. No complaints about the quality or delivery which was very quick. Unfortunately the trainers were too narrow across the toe box as I have bunions so had to return them. Again service was very prompt with refund. I shall definitely look at their sandals in spring next year as I love the quirky selection.”

“Finally my favourite slippers (by Dr. Feet) were back at RubyShoes Day! Not easy to decide which colour it should be this time around. Ordering was easy as ever, and the slippers arrived a couple of days later. A quick turnaround, and an additional plus point: the sturdy paper bag used to send the slippers off!”

“I bought some Jungla shoes online from RubyShoes after visiting the store in Hebden Bridge, I'm glad I did as I needed a larger size than I normally get. The lady in the shop was very helpful, unfortunately they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock but contacted me once they had it in. Delivery was prompt and the shoes were well packaged.”
