“Visited the store, service was very poor. I was going to purchase two jackets but assistant was unhelpful so ordered them from ebay instead”

“I ordered a pair of Softinos. The delivery was fast but when they arrived the left shoe was visibly faulty - I would not have bought them in the shop like this. I returned them and paid £8 postage. The shop refunded the cost of the shoes but not the postage which I think is a bit cheeky as I’m left out of pocket through no fault of my own.”
