“Loved the shoes but the sizing was different on the boot to what is listed on the website so I am waiting for an exchange. Website stated boot was size 41 but when it came it was a 42”

“Unfortunately the shoes I purchased were not suitable for me. They had a lovely wide toe box but not wide enough across my foot. I have bunions so they were too tight for me in width but fit in the length.They were beautifully made and I was a bit gutted they didn't fit !”

“Excellent service. Unfortunately, the boots I purchased were not the same as those in the photograph, and I had to return them. They were lovely boots but not quite for me. My money was refunded immediately. I do recommend ths company.”

“Great boots. I am between sizes and went a size up which makes them feel roomy, but any smaller would be tight on ankle. Good delivery”

“Brilliant indie shop. I buy most of my shoes from this store and live over 100 miles away! Service is brilliant even on the rare occassion have had to return. Art shoes are super if you have wide feet. The colours are super cool too!”

“Love Ruby Shoesday! The ease when you walk into the shop and browse. No pushy salesperson. Lots of unusual choices of footwear etc. and prices are reasonable. Benn shopping at RS for many many years and will continue to do so. Supporting independent businesses. Yay 😁”

“Really efficient and quick service and delivery, but unfortunately I ordered a size bigger than usual after telephone advice about Jungla sizing and then had to send them back for a smaller size. Paying return postage on a pair of boots makes it quite an expensive mistake! - but replacement arrived within two days and so far the boots seem really good. Thanks.”
