“Ordered my size and choice of colour. Within a few hours had an email to say the colour wasn’t available and offered 2 other choices one of which I took up . Confirmation email received immediately and shoes delivered within 2 days. Excellent service and customer service.”

“Brilliant indie shop. I buy most of my shoes from this store and live over 100 miles away! Service is brilliant even on the rare occassion have had to return. Art shoes are super if you have wide feet. The colours are super cool too!”

“Great quality shoes at good prices and they always have good sale items too. ☺️. Bought from them a few times and delivery is always speedy. So happy to take returns too and to refund quickly. “Brilliant customer service, emailed questions were answered promptly. Once I placed my online order my shoes arrived quickly, and with a handwritten Thank you note. I was also pleased to see they were packaged in a recyclable shipping bag rather than the usual plastic for landfill. Will definitely be back for more.”

“Finally, I can give my old Shepherd slippers the Viking burial they deserve. Bit slow on the delivery front(not Ruby’s fault; I blame the Christmas GPO work-to-rule). A fantastic and as sensual slipper as you could ever imagine. My feet are now very happy; thank you RubyShoes Day x”
